TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO ETHIOPIAN RAIL CORPORATION

The Ethiopian Railway Corporation (ERC) has appointed FS Engineering to assist and support it in developing specialised skills:

• Project Management
• Strategic planning
• Finance activities
• Regulations
• LRT contract management.

FS Engineering also provided "Technical Support of ERC Corporate Developments", through a shadow management mechanism, to train and mentor Ethiopian personnel in charge of the new Addis Ababa Light Rail Transit (AA LRT) line.

The work has been completed.
