We are the first contracting authority in Italy to have achieved accreditation as a Type B Inspection Body (ODI), in accordance with the UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17020 standard, thereby strengthening our role within the engineering sector and expanding the range of services we offer for control and verification activities, as provided for by the Public Procurement Code (Legislative Decree No. 36/2023) for the purposes of validating projects to be put out to tender or approving projects drawn up by the Contractor (post-tender), capitalising on and making the most of the experience gained over the years.

The ODI has its own Management System in compliance with the requirements of UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17020, integrated with the company’s Management System for shared processes.

As an Inspection Body, we constantly ensure that the established objectives are met and the expected results are achieved through project verification activities in terms of guaranteeing technical feasibility, reducing the risk of claims, keeping costs under control, ensuring the reliability of timelines, compliance with intervention programmes, and adherence to mandatory and contractual regulations.
