We operate through an Integrated Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety Management System, supported by a certified BIM Management System, and are accredited for project verification in accordance with the ISO/IEC 17020 standard. This structured framework guarantees reliability, process control and full regulatory compliance.

The requirements of the Management Systems are applied across all activities throughout the entire project lifecycle, from project management to design, from tender management to the direction and supervision of works, right through to safety coordination during the construction phase, in line with the relevant standards.

We oversee the entire process of safety coordination and supervision in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/08, as amended – the Consolidated Act on Safety – assuming the roles of Project Manager, Safety Coordinator during the Design Phase (CSP) and during the Construction Phase (CSE). This approach enables the effective identification of risks, the definition of prevention and protection measures, the accurate estimation of safety costs and the timely implementation of coordination and control activities, ensuring high standards throughout the construction of the works.

Particular attention is also paid to environmental protection and sustainability. Compliance with the highest standards is ensured through the continuous monitoring of contractors’ adherence to current legislation, contractual and design requirements, as well as environmental management systems. We also promote a widespread environmental culture through strategic partnerships, the adoption of digital tools for on-site inspections, and collaboration with the Carabinieri under a specific memorandum of understanding aimed at preventing and combating environmental offences, including those linked to organised crime, such as the dumping and spilling of waste or other forms of pollution.
