This comprehensive document analyses every dimension of the project, providing critical support throughout the entire statutory approval process, including reviews by the Higher Council for Public Works, the Services Conferences, and the Environmental Impact Assessment.

The Sustainability Analysis, appended to the DocFAP (Feasibility Document for Design Alternatives), enables a comprehensive review of all design options. This document ensures that all relevant stakeholders can fully understand the scheme, while providing a clear presentation framework for projects entering public consultation.

Furthermore, during the DocFAP phase, the definition of design alternatives is directly informed by specific regional sustainability criteria. These options are rigorously compared using advanced assessment tools—such as performance indicators and multi-criteria analysis—evaluating technical solutions, project functionality, integration within the local context, and opportunities for regional development.

 

The methodologies and protocols we employ not only enable us to measure a project’s sustainability, but also ensure the intrinsic quality and forward-thinking nature of the entire design process.
