Upgrading and digitalisation of national rail traffic management

The plan to upgrade and modernise Serbia’s railway infrastructure continues to accelerate, with the overarching goal of increasing the efficiency, safety, and reliability of rail traffic management across the entire national network.

As part of the project to develop and construct the New Central Command and Control Centre, FS Engineering has been awarded the contract by RZD International LLC to carry out the technical verification of the project documentation.

The new Central Control Centre enables unified and advanced management of rail traffic, introducing state-of-the-art technological solutions to support the control, monitoring and regulation of traffic across the entire Serbian rail network.

The project was completed in August 2022.
