Recognition of the excellence of the BIM Management System

Audit of the BIM Management System by the RINA Services S.p.A. certification body has recently been successfully completed.
The result confirms that the System fully complies with the UNI/PdR 74:2019 standard, reaffirming the effectiveness of the procedures adopted and FS Engineering's ongoing commitment to digitisation.

The audit focused in particular on design processes, including procurement management, and the supervision of transport infrastructure works, with a detailed analysis of the operational and management flows of the sampled projects, highlighting the soundness of the organisational model adopted.

During the audit, system issues such as Organisation, Training, Purchasing and Risk Management were also examined in depth, with a special focus on the responsibilities and skills of the resources involved in the digitisation, procurement and risk management processes, as well as the efficiency enhancement measures introduced to support the planned objectives.

The RINA auditors expressed particular appreciation for two distinctive elements:

• the commitment of senior management, which guarantees continuity of vision and resources for the maintenance and improvement of the Management System
• the agility and competence of the company's resources, demonstrated in the timeliness of responses and the ability to manage the Body's requests, including those addressed to younger resources, highlighting a structure that is prepared and aware of the digitisation objectives.

The Company will continue with determination on its path of digital innovation, investing in technology and skills to create increasingly modern, efficient and sustainable infrastructure.
